I just cant say enough about Colleges and College institutions that take advantage of students and parents. 7 % plus on College loans?  Through State Institution like HESAA? If that is not government sleeping with and colluding with the banks? What is?

And in any format you want. Some versions on the above sites are outdated with errors corrected in newer versions.
