On Smashwords.com it is Premium Approved. It has a 5 of 5 Star Rating on Free-Ebooks.net and a 4.5 of 5 Star Rating on barnesandnoble.com (with few raters.) Also on , goodreads.com, LULU.COM, koboo.com and many others. And in any format you want. Some versions on the above sites are outdated with errors corrected in newer versions.
